Main conditions Renting an E-Bike or cargo bike

Are you ready to rent your electric (cargo) bike? Then you have to take into account a number of conditions and house rules.

• Age | At least 16 years old (Cargo bike: at least 18 years old)
• Deposit | We ask for a €150 deposit per electric bicycle (cargo bike: €250). The deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days after returning your bicycle
• Identification | Proof of identification is always required when renting an object from Tweek
• Driving license | That’s easy, because you don’t need it
• People | Maximum 1 person per bike. It is possible to take a child with you in a child seat *(only if this child seat has also been rented from us).
• Passenger cargo bike | Maximum 2 children (up to 10 years) and 1 dog per electric cargo bike in the box. A child seat is mandatory for children under 5 years of age *(only if this child seat has also been rented from us)
• Helmet compulsory | You don’t have to wear a helmet on an electric (cargo) bike
• Charge on the go | If you rent the electric (cargo) bike for 1 day, this is not possible. When the bike is rented for several days, you will receive the charger.
